What is the different between a holistic nutrition coach, consultant / nutritionist, and a dietician?
A holistic nutrition consultant or coach is unlicensed and may have received their training at an accredited or an unaccredited school.

What is a holistic nutrition session like?
While a holistic nutrition coach may talk with you about healthier food chooses, the focus should be on plant based whole foods. While supplements can be a necessary part of a wellness regime, they are supplements, and should not be used to replace a healthy lifestyle.

An assessment of your personal needs — do you respond best to rapid changes (e.g., an “all-or-nothing approach”) or do you need to gradually introduce new habits?

Holistic nutritionist do not diagnosis disease, prescribe drugs or pharmaceuticals, perform invasive procedures or touch therapies, or cure diseases.

Do clients need to sign a coaching agreement?
Yes, all clients will need to sign a coaching agreements. All coaching agreements will be signed electronically using DocuSign.

What is the purpose of the coaching agreement?
The coaching agreement will outline the terms and the conditions for the relationship and outline the obligations and responsibility of both parties of the services.
